Where is Chuan Ya?

46F, No. 17, Songzhi Rd., Xinyi District, Taipei — in the Breeze Nanshan tower, a short walk from MRT Taipei 101/World Trade Center Station.

What are the opening hours?

Daily. Lunch 12:00–14:30 (last seating 13:00); dinner 18:00–21:30 (last seating 19:30).

How do I make a reservation?

For 2–6 guests, book online via inline, up to 30 days in advance. For 7 or more guests, private rooms or special requests, call +886 2 2722 0303 (15:30–17:30) or email booking@chuan-ya.com. A credit card authorization is required (a hold only, no advance charge). Tables are held for 15 minutes.

What set menus do you offer, and how much are they?

Weekday Business Lunch Set NT$2,080 (Monday–Friday lunch); Chuan Ya Seasonal Set Menu NT$3,680 (lunch); Chuan Ya Artisan Tasting Menu NT$4,380 (dinner). Prices are per person, subject to a 10% service charge; beverages are extra. All guests at a table choose menus from the same price tier. Menus change with the seasons.

Do you have private dining rooms?

Yes. Rooms seat up to 8, 10 or 12 guests. Minimum spend starts at NT$25,000 for lunch and NT$35,000 for dinner (12-guest room: NT$30,000 lunch, NT$40,000 dinner), plus 10% service charge. Private room menus must be confirmed at least 3 days in advance. For buyouts and events, please call or email.

Do you offer vegetarian food? Can dishes be adjusted?

We offer a lacto-ovo vegetarian set menu at NT$2,680 per person. We are unable to accommodate vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free or seafood-free requests. To stay true to the chef's vision, dishes are adjusted only for food allergies or religious dietary restrictions — please let us know when booking.

Are children welcome?

Yes. A kids' set menu for ages 6–12 is NT$680 per child. Please request highchairs or children's tableware in advance.

Can I bring my own wine? What is the corkage fee?

Yes. Wine and sake NT$1,000 per 750ml bottle; spirits NT$1,500 per 700/750ml bottle and NT$2,000 per 1,000ml bottle. Corkage does not count toward the minimum spend.

What is the cancellation policy?

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance (including the reservation date). Cancellations within 3 days incur the full deposit.

Is there parking?

Use the Breeze Nanshan car park: every NT$500 spent gives 30 minutes free, up to 3 hours.

Is there a dress code?

Smart casual. No slippers; sleeveless tops are discouraged for men.
